Position Overview
Core Responsibilities: - Ensure timely delivery of projects by developing plans based on logical framework approaches and preparing reports to monitor project progress and key performance indicators.
- Review and provide advise on operations projects scope of work, deliverables and timelines.
- Meet stakeholders, understand needs and resolve issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure to monitor the performance of projects and operations while adhering to project KPIs and delivery timelines.
- Carry our audit requirements to ensure compliance to Policies, Strategies and Procedures.
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process business improvements.
- Ensure proper project documentation including all signed off paperwork and track deliverables.
- Create and update Master Schedule for Projects with due dates to track deliverables including metrics and challenges.
