Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for SiC photolithography process development and project execution related work. Lead the development of the manufacturing process flow of SiC power components related to photolithography process modules, solve quality problems in a timely manner, and ensure smooth manufacturing during ramp-up, pre-production, and production phases within the scope of responsibility Check and follow up on the status of engineering processes in case of deviations in a timely manner, take appropriate corrective actions to solve the issues, analyze and summarize the process data of engineering batches, and handle relevant technical problems within the scope of responsibility Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods and be accountable for product reliability evaluation within the field of process expertise Improve product yield and tackle major challenges wit...
