You will play a key role in running their pick-and-place lines, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every build.

Key Responsibilities

* Machine Operation: Set up, program, and operate automated SMT assembly lines.

* Process Control: Monitor solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow oven profiles.

* Quality Inspection: Perform visual and automated optical inspections (AOI) against IPC standards.

* Component Management: Identify, load, and verify components on feeders according to kit lists.
