Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate daily site operations (Building Construction / Upmarket Lodge)
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site
- Read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Report progress to project management
Minimum Requirements: - ±10 years experience in general building/construction
- Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Valid drivers license
