About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) who is comfortable working with ages 16-18 to join our ABA therapy team in Goldsboro, NC. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing and safely de-escalating aggressive behaviors, a calm and confident clinical presence, and a deep commitment to client progress. This role works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities
* Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as developed and directed by a BCBA
* Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients (children and/or young adults) in home, clinic, school, or community settings
* Recognize early signs of behavioral escalation and apply evidence-based de-escalation strategies to safely diffuse aggressive or crisis behaviors
