We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Immigration Lawyer to join our team. This will be on a FREELANCE basis.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, with specific expertise in a range of visa categories and pathways to citizenship by residence. This role involves providing strategic legal counsel to clients, preparing and reviewing documentation, and representing clients in administrative proceedings as needed.



Advise clients on immigration options, including work, student, family reunification, investment, and digital nomad visas.

• Assist with the full application process for temporary and long-term residency permits.

• Guide clients through legal pathways to permanent residency and citizenship by residence, including meeting legal residency requirements and preparing for naturalization.

• Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures in relevant jurisdictions.
