Experience Strategist – Hospitality (F&B Preferred)

At CBRE-Streetsense, we are looking for an Experience Strategist focused on the hospitality market (F&B preferred), ideally with a hybrid background in consulting firms and operators (preferably within the hotel industry).

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and experience design. The objective is to shape hospitality concepts that not only create compelling guest experiences but also drive commercial performance and asset value. The ideal candidate understands that experience design in hospitality must ultimately translate into revenue generation, financial performance, and investment value, and is comfortable working with both creative and financial frameworks.
