Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Assist the Expenses Controller to complete the non-technical close process for the Company
  • Maintains the Expenses core process including: invoice and expense recording, fixed asset register, accruals and prepayments
  • Prepares annual budget and quarterly forecast including co-ordination of meetings with cost centre managers
  • Provides support for cost centre managers including cost centre reporting

    • Qualifications required:

  • Finalist or newly Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

    • Experience required:

  • 2 years experience within the financial services industry
  • Good understanding of non-technical finance allocation processes
  • Proficiency with Excel, including Sumifs, Vlookups and pivot tables
