A well-established International Semiconductor MNC that is a strong player in its industry and has presence globally. They are looking to bring on board an excellent Expense Report Finance Accountant to support their team in Penang.

Job Description

Responsible for daily expense report functions including validating and processing employees’ claims in compliance with company policies, attending to emails, preparation of claim reimbursements, posting accounting entries in SAP system, and record retention.

• Resolve issues on expense reports or reimbursements to employees.
• Liaise with internal and external customers on expense report-related tasks via emails or calls.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentation decks for management.
• Perform month-end closing activities such as accruals, any required journal entries, and balance sheet package.
