Expeditor (Full-Time)

High-Volume Flagship Restaurant | Times Square, NYC

We are a busy, high-volume flagship restaurant in Times Square seeking an experienced Expeditor to join our culinary team. This is a full-time position with full availability required in a fast-paced operation that runs all-day service and transitions into a dinner-and-show venue at night.

• Minimum 2 years experience as an expeditor in a high-volume restaurant

• Open availability (AM/PM shifts, weekends, holidays)

• Strong understanding of ticket flow, timing, and service execution

• Excellent allergen knowledge and ability to manage dietary restrictions accurately

• Clear, confident communication between BOH and FOH

• Ability to remain calm, organized, and decisive during peak service
