Job Description About the role We are hiring for a fast-growing B2B SaaS regtech company. They are looking for an Expansion Manager to lead market entry across Africa and the GCC.
This role reports directly to the COO. You will own regulatory engagement, partnerships, GTM strategy, and operational setup in new markets.
What you'll do - Develop and execute market expansion strategy across Africa and the GCC
- Lead regulatory engagement and obtain necessary approvals/certifications
- Build partnerships with banks, ERP providers, tax authorities, and system integrators
- Conduct market research, size opportunities, and define entry priorities
- Lead go-to-market planning with product, compliance, and marketing teams
