Executive Sous Chef - Hyatt Regency Nha Trang

Position Overview

  • Ensures that all culinary activities are aligned with the overall Corporate Strategy, and that relevant Hotel Action Plans are implemented where appropriate.

  • Ensures that all guest-facing culinary associates consistently deliver on the brand promise and provide exceptional service at all times.

  • Continuously monitors local, national, and international market trends, vendor offerings, and competitor hotel/restaurant operations to ensure the hotel's culinary operations remain competitive and forward-thinking.


  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.


    Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.


    Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.


    Fluency in spoken and written English required.


    Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills.
