Position Overview
Job Description - Plan and publish content across cluster social media platforms, including copywriting, scheduling and basic asset coordination.
- Execute the social media content calendar in alignment with brand campaigns, property activations and seasonal initiatives.
- Support localisation of global and regional social media campaigns for the Singapore market.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, including monitoring comments, direct messages and online feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with property teams to ensure accurate responses and service follow-ups where required.
- Assist in the creation of visual and video contents, including short‑form videos, reels, photography selections, captions and asset organisation.
