Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
- Manage front desk operations including answering calls, screening and transferring incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and taking accurate messages.
- Coordinate with security or drivers for VIP arrivals and departures.
- Provide concierge-style assistance to guests (arranging transportation, hotel bookings, or local recommendations).
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, and transportation).
- Prepare and handle correspondence, letters, emails, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, arranging meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV equipment.
