Position Overview

Roles and Responsibilities  

Sales over call using provided leads. Understand customer's jewellery requirements & suggest jewellery designs. Telemarketing about online platform. Lead generation. Resolving customer queries, handling customer issues. Handle emails, chats & calls.

Desired Candidate Profile  

Ecommerce sales & customer service background, preferrably Jewellery. Good verbal skills in English, Hindi, Marathi [Other local language -Tamil/Malayalam/Telgu]. Basic Excel knowledge. Min 12th Pass.
