An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Reward Manager to join a high performing Performance & Reward team on a 2 month max term contract. The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Reporting to the General Manager Culture, Capability & Partnering, this role will provide critical support across the year end executive remuneration review process, Board governance activities and external remuneration reporting during a key period for the business.
This opportunity would suit a Reward professional with strong exposure to executive remuneration, Board and Committee reporting and remuneration governance within a complex corporate environment.
