Position Summary
The Executive Recruiting Project Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling efficient, high-quality delivery of executive search initiatives across the Global Executive Search team. This role provides end-to-end coordination and project support across candidate management, interview logistics, reporting, and search operations—ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience for candidates, recruiters, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate complex, multi-stage interview logistics for VP and above candidates across global stakeholders and time zones.
Manage candidate scheduling, communications, and interview preparation to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
Partner with Executive Recruiters, HRBPs, and Hiring Managers throughout the search lifecycle.
