The Executive, People and Culture is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources department through efficient administration, HRIS management, employee records maintenance, recruitment coordination and workplace experience initiatives. This role ensures the accuracy of HR data, compliance with employment regulations and provides administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive and engaging team member experience at NoMad Singapore.
