Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist in creation and preparation of Chinese/Western pastries, cakes and tart
- Compliance in Quality, Quantity and Accuracy of food preparation as Company’s Recipe
- Ensure smooth running operations in the kitchen
- Compliance with the hygiene standards in food handling, with accordance to NEA standards
Job Requirements - Certification or Diploma in Culinary/Pastry Arts
- Minimum 3 Year of related experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Present a positive attitude
- Willingness to assume multiple shift work patterns and longworking hours
