RESPONSIBILITIES As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of the Home's daily operations. You are required to ensure the welfare, safety and care of our clients. You will manage and optimise all operations relating to but not exclusive to:
Client Management - Ensure clients' personal hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
- Ensure the safe custody of clients
- Work closely with the Nursing team, Dietitian and Speech Therapist to ensure clients' dietary needs are met
- Assist in liaising and managing feedback from clients/ clients' Next-of-Kin (NOK)
- Assist to resolve conflicts among residents
Building, Equipment and Maintenance - Assist in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on the Home building and facilities
- Liaise with relevant parties immediately for urgent repairs, for example: pipe bursts, roof leakages, electrical fault...
