Functional (job responsibilities)
Responsible in daily processing and disbursement / account creation / loan facility implementation /Month End Reporting.Ensure timely disbursement, financing terms and conditions / documentation are fully complied withinguidelines and highlight cases with deviations.Provide high standard of customer service quality and fast turnaround time to achieve customersatisfaction.Pre-drawn down check and to ensure documents submitted by applicants/ dealers/ distributors are inorder.Ensure close monitoring and follow up on outstanding documents are received and Hire Purchaselegal docs are send out to customers within the time frame.Work closely with business units / dealers / distributors to develop SLA for various products &services,Ensure Bank interest is lodged before disbursement and al...
