Position Overview
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize executive office operations for the Managing Director – India and General Manager for APAC countries outside of India with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. Coordinate leadership governance routines, including meeting cadence, agenda planning, action tracking, dependency management, and follow-up reporting. Maintain initiative trackers, status dashboards, risk logs, and decision records for defined leadership priorities and regional programs. Support cross-functional program coordination by consolidating updates, identifying risks or blockers, and escalating items requiring leadership attention. Prepare executive reporting materials that summarize progress, decisions, dependencies, risks, and required actions across leadership initiatives.
