EXECUTIVE – MICE OPERATIONS

Job Role & Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive – MICE Operations who aspires to become a trusted travel expert for our customers. This role is responsible for managing and supporting group travel experiences while delivering excellent customer service to achieve business and performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Sales to manage and prepare all aspects of travel operations including proposal, reservation, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support.
• Assist to organize and control project activities to ensure the project workflow on track and within budget.
• Assist sales on flight booking for Group or FIT / reservation, hotel booking, preparation of costing and proposals and other ground arrangement for corporate client.
