Responsibilities

• O9 Super User support to Key Users/ CoE for DP, SOP/E functionality
• Establish Key User Community to share best practice and knowledge of o9 solution and identify continuous improvements to add value to the IBP process
• Drive Incident resolution assigned to process within SLAs
• Reduce Process incidents linked to training/ user error
• Drive process conformance where repeat incidents occur
• Follow up on technical incidents with product sustain teams to ensure robust RCAs
• Share effective communication/ updates on trends related to process incidents
• Ensure user training and change testing documentation remains updated
• Join IBP POD teams to deliver training to markets users on IBP capabilities

Qualifications

• Overall experience of 10-12 Years
