Position Overview
Job Description
- Leads and oversees housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, heartist facilities and laundry to ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and efficiency.
- Drives operational excellence and service quality in line with brand standards, hygiene standards and guest expectations.
- Inspires, motivates and develops the housekeeping team through effective leadership, coaching and engagement.
- Builds a positive team culture while maintaining the highest professional, ethical and brand standards in all housekeeping operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Executive Housekeeping or Housekeeping leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with excellent Thai & English proficiency.
