Position Overview

Job Description

You will support the daily guest service operations in our Hotel. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables guests’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Acting Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Ensure all guests are attended at the Front Desk
  • Issue hotel access key cards
  • Attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs
  • Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
  • Manage guests’ accounts, information and apartment availability in the system
  • Perform simple bookkeeping
  • Make and confirm reservations
  • Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests
