**Description**

This leadership role is a strategic thought partner to the Global Brand President and key stakeholders on the brand leadership team, on key priorities, strategic projects and initiatives. This role ensures that key brand priorities are delivered and communicated effectively across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Strategy Initiatives
- Lead and project manage the strategy cycle for the brand including; Brand Strategy, Innovation Strategy, Skincare Strategy, Makeup Strategy and other Senior Leadership Business Updates. This includes developing and coordinating all content development with key stakeholders, project management, meeting preparation, alignment and socialization and ensuring successful completion of all deliverables within the timeline.
