Job Description

The Executive Director (ED), North America Insights Analytics & Commercial Operations reports to the VP Global Insights Analytics & Commercial Operations (GIACO) and is a critical member of the NA Regional Leadership Team and Organization. The ED will have a dotted reporting line to the Sr. Vice President North America Commercial and will be part of the NA Leadership Team. The ED will lead a team that supports multiple in-line disease areas within North America across several analytics and operations functions and will also work cross functionally with the US Business Units and their respective leadership teams.

The ED will lead a team of over 40 professionals within four sub-teams that include Forecasting/Market Research, Commercial Operations, Marketing Operations and Commercial Field Training.
