**Description**
Executive Director, Brand Activations
The Executive Director is responsible for shaping and driving brand activations that fuels brand growth, consumer demand, and results across the Catalyst Markets. This role serves as a strategic connector between Global Brand, Regions/Markets, and Cross-Functional teams, ensuring that brand vision is translated into compelling commercial marketing plans, scalable activation frameworks, and consistent market execution. This role will ensure a feedback loop is in place between core Catalyst Markets and the Global Brand team, to make sure that the right activations are developed for these markets and delivered on time.

Global Commercial and Growth Modeling
- Support the development of Global Brand Strategy priorities and defining the Building Blocks to accelerate commercial growth opportunities, through targeted marketing activations for catalyst markets.
