MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director, Digital Growth - Intel to join our Digital Practice. This is a remote position and may require up to 20% travel.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Building/maintaining strong relationships within the IC that lead to opportunity/solution discussions and contract conversions
+ Ability to converse technically (e.g., cloud, AI, data, app dev) with IC clients
+ Responsible for definition of Solution Offerings for the Digital practice in alignment with practice, division/sector, and overall corporate strategy.
+ Digital IC growth strategy development.
+ Marketing content creation for Digital IC capabilities and solutions.
+ Opportunity identification/maturation/movement through gate review process and stages of capture, proposal development and closing.
