Executive Chef
to lead the culinary operations of our Eurasian restaurants and catering division. The ideal candidate will oversee all kitchen functions, menu development, food quality, staff training, and operational efficiency across our outlets. Key Responsibilities
Culinary & Kitchen Operations Lead, supervise, and manage daily kitchen operations across all outlets.
Ensure all dishes meet company standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating, including special events and catering.
Develop and implement kitchen SOPs, recipes, and portion control standards.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with SFA & NEA regulations.
Menu Development
Create and innovate new menu items while maintaining the identity of Eurasian cuisine.
