Reporting To: Food & Beverage Manager / General Manager

Team Handling: Culinary Team, Kitchen Stewards & Support Staff

Role Overview

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the pre-opening, launch, and end-to-end culinary operations of an ultra-luxury residential building catering exclusively to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI).

The role requires a strong 5-star luxury hotel background, exceptional expertise in multi-cuisine cooking, high standards of hygiene and food safety, leadership capability, creativity, and an unmatched focus on luxury dining experiences.
