Requirements
- Formal culinary qualification essential
- Graduates from ICA, Prue Leith, or similar culinary institutions highly preferred
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef within luxury hospitality
- Strong fine dining experience essential
- Proven leadership and kitchen management abilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Passion for culinary excellence and luxury guest experiences
- Ability to work effectively under pressure within a remote lodge environment
