We are looking for experienced specialist to manage and execute end to end customs clearance activities at Port Klang. Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, timely clearance, and effective coordination with customs, OGA, port authorities, internal stakeholder & etc
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with declarant on preparation of Customs & ZB/FZ declarations (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, ZB1,ZB2,ZB3,ZB4)
Monitor vendor performance on timeliness, accuracy, and responsiveness
Validate draft declarations before submission to customs by ensuring accurate entry information to matched with BL,CIPL, exemption & etc
Track and ensure all CS instructions are executed & actioned within SLA timeline
Monitor myCIEDS submission status & maintain visibility of shipment status from instruction to clearance
Coordinate with runner colleague on manual clearance submission & clearance delivery planning including loading/unloading & truck sealing/break seal
