Position Overview
Provide essential support to the Executive Leadership Team as an Executive Assistant and Receptionist. Your role will include managing communications, scheduling, and front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will deliver critical executive assistance and manage reception duties. This position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting the needs of executives. With responsibilities such as managing calendars, booking travel, and coordinating meetings, your contribution will enhance the efficiency of the leadership team.
