Join Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration sales organisation. In this pivotal role, you'll be a trusted partner to senior sales executives and provide high‑level administrative and operational support, ensuring our leaders can focus on driving strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do Executive Support
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, resolving conflicts and anticipating scheduling needs across time zones.
  • Coordinate global travel, logistics, and itineraries, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor, triage and prioritise inboxes, flagging urgent items, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow‑up on priority communications.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor billing in compliance with Adobe policies.
