Novation Legal is seeking an Executive Assistant for Business Development to work directly with the Managing Partner and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth, client development and expansion initiatives. This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to leadership, strategic decision-making, and domestic and international business development opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Drive business development and growth initiatives across sectors and jurisdictions.
- Build and manage relationships with founders, corporates, investors, in-house counsels and strategic partners.
- Support client acquisition, partnerships and market expansion efforts.
- Coordinate meetings, events, webinars and networking initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and strategic business development materials.
- Work closely with the Managing Partner on high-impact projects. Eligibility - MBA, Lawyer (LLB) or equivalent professional qualification.
