Job Description
- Serve as the main liaison between the Founder and all internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage/calendar coordination, optimize scheduling across time zones, and handle travel logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed notes, and track follow-up tasks.
- Draft, proofread, and manage executive-level emails, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
- Monitor progress on assigned tasks, projects, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate across departments and with clients to ensure timely responses and commitments.
- Manage both business‑related and personal admin requests to support the Founder’s efficiency.
- Provide coverage during core business hours; limited early or late shifts may be required for international calls.
