Help shape the Invitation Project as an Executive Administrative Assistant in Metro Vancouver. You will support the Founder and manage diverse administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate is organized and proactive, excited about contributing to a purposeful mission. This full-time position focuses on administrative support for key leaders while maintaining efficient organizational systems. You'll be responsible for tracking tasks, managing schedules, and turning raw notes into clear documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Founder, Product, and Production Managers
• Manage calendars and logistics for leadership meetings
• Distribute meeting notes and track follow-up items
• Maintain digital filing systems and contractor agreements
• Support payroll administration and onboarding processes
