Position Overview

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


• Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external engagements
• Prepare meeting packs, reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Take minutes in meetings where required and track action items to completion
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
• Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and manual) in line with internal policies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across business units, including senior leadership
• Support reporting cycles, deadlines, and submission requirements
• Provide support during audits, reviews, and regulatory processes as required
