Position Overview
- Analyse, monitor, review and process payment of Agency Compensation & Benefits.
- Handling agency enquiry pertaining to Agency Statement, compensation and benefits.
- Enhance or improve existing services provided to agency force.
- Processing and monitor advances of Credit due for Agency Leaders.
- Provide update information on Agency Compensation and Benefits to Management.
- Monitoring the sorting and dispatching of reports and statements.
- To perform functional testing of the core system and other platforms of systems on new features and system upgrade.
- To perform functional testing of the core system and other platform of systems on correctional / enhancement features.
- To perform functional testing of the core system for new products and other related platforms to support the feature of product
