Our client is looking for a talented Executive chef to Develop  the kitchen team at their stunning newly renovated one location restaurant, Drawing inspiration from the local environment, the 40-room boutique hotel is a carefully curated space that connects you to nature and its surroundings, subtly integrating the magic of the area within the design. Our Milawa Hotel has both indoor and outdoor spaces that flow freely regardless of temperature, allowing one to truly interact with the biosphere: the warmth of the sun during the summer and the comfort of fire when it cools.

About you:

-AQF Diploma or associate degree required with two years of relevant experience

-At least three years of relevant may substitute for formal qualification

-Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen
