**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Safely operate excavators and loaders to support stripping operations and material movement
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs promptly
+ Load, move, and place materials to maintain efficient site progression
+ Follow all safety procedures and contribute to outstanding team safety performance
+ Coordinate daily tasks with crew members and supervisors to meet production goals
