Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities
Collect information and evidence about individuals/legal entities and their activities through online channels or directly in the market related to acts of intellectual property infringement (e.g., counterfeit product, pirate data, etc.);Extract information from other relevant parties to gather additional evidence related to the infringement.Proactively monitor the activities of production facilities/business households under suspicion or that have been processed to propose necessary legal actions for each case.Report on the status and results of each case to the Line Manager, execute and complete tasks within the assigned authority.Perform other tasks assigned by the Line manager or BOD.
