As a key member of their team, you will oversee the delivery of sponsorship packages, coordinate logistics for conferences and exhibitions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple international destinations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the fulfilment of sponsorship benefits to ensure deliverables are met and exceeded
• Coordinating logistics for conferences, exhibitions, and related events
• Liaising effectively with sponsors, suppliers, venues, and partners
• Tracking contracts, payments, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution
• Supporting on-site setup, delivery, and event management
• Handling multiple projects and inquiries simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency
