Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, workshops, and seminars.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure event success.
• Develop and maintain detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate event marketing and communication efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Ensure all events comply with company policies and local regulations.
