We're hiring an Events & Marketing Manager to help shape and execute our 2026 marketing moments – from executive dinners to our Language AI Meetup series in Zurich and Berlin, with 2,000+ members combined. You'll work directly with the leadership team, own real projects end-to-end, and have an unusually broad scope for an early-career role.

This is the job

• Co-own the execution of our 2026 event program: the Language AI Meetups in Zurich and Berlin , executive dinners, roundtables, and webinars.
• Manage logistics, vendors, venues, speakers, registration, and on-site delivery.
• Write and edit invitations, landing pages, and event communications in German and English.
• Coordinate with sales, content, and design to make each event land.
