Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our Marketing Operations & Communications team and lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of European events in the medical device industry. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of congresses, trade shows, internal sales meetings, advisory boards and HCP-facing engagements across the region, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard, on budget, and fully compliant with industry regulations.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Finance and external partners (agencies, venues, congress organizers) to bring our brand and clinical story to life at every touchpoint. This is a hands‑on, highly organized role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, regulated environment and enjoys owning projects from strategy through to post‑event reporting.
