Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment.Excellent cooking skills and a passion for culinary innovation.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
