Position Summary

: The Event Operations Technician is a full-time position responsible for maintaining, operating, and supporting Wilks Development’s event venues and public gathering spaces. This role ensures venues, grounds, and common areas remain clean, safe, functional, and event-ready throughout the year. Working closely with the Event Coordinator, property management team, tenants, vendors, artists, and event partners, the Event Operations Technician plays a critical role in supporting event execution, maintaining facility operations, and preserving the overall guest experience. This position combines venue maintenance, groundskeeping, event setup and teardown, safety monitoring, and operational support to ensure successful day-to-day venue operations.
